Rev. Craig Niemeier

After graduating from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Pastor Niemeier was ordained in 1998.  His first call was to Mt. Calvary Lutheran in Bayard, Nebraska and St.  Paul’s Lutheran in Bridgeport, Nebraska where he served for eight years.  Pastor has served at Zion Lutheran Church and School in Worms, Nebraska since 2006.  Pastor and his wife Tish are blessed with four beautiful girls. For the 2014-15 school year, two of their daughters will attend Heartland Lutheran High School in Grand Island, one at Zion Lutheran in Worms, and one at Hillsdale College.  In addition to congregational responsibilities, Pastor stays actively involved with these two Lutheran schools.  In the fall of 2011 Pastor and his wife were blessed to travel to Nigeria, Africa for a mission trip.  They look for continued ways to support the proclamation of the Gospel in that part of the world.  Pastor’s hometown is Elwood, Nebraska.  In his extra time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and cheering on the Huskers.  You can contact Pastor at cniem@kdsi.net
